Truly a remarkable experience. After having many different HVAC contractors for 12 years, I can honestly say that AIRTEMP is simply the best. I called the morning my upstairs furnace went out, and Marie the tech was at my house with in a hour. I needed a new blower motor and Marie explained the process went and picked one up and it was installed within the next hour. Marie is a true asset to AIRTEMP. Recently I purchased a gas furnace from Air Temp, my furnance came with a humidifier and on 10/18/2016 the furnace was cleaned by your employee (Marie), the humidier was checked, and everything was okay! On 11/13/2017 the furnace was cleaned once again. She found there was no water pump in the humidier. She later came back and installed a water pump. Everything was working fine. Thank you Marie, for all my problems have been solved by you!

I have been a client for about 8 years now. AirTemp has taken care of both my home and office building which has included installing and maintaining furnace equipment, multiple air conditioning units and a generator. They were also able to diagnose and fix the mistakes of two other contractors. I truly appreciate the fact they have given good advice, are priced well and their people are upbeat, positive, friendly and that they arrive on time and leave the work area better than they found it. This was a different type of heating and cooling system than I had in my previous home so I had an abundance of questions. The service tech (Patrick Cane) was extremely helpful. He answered every question I had and was very patient with me. Patrick explained everything in detail and also provided me with information that would help keep my system running smoothly. It was just a great experience overall. I will definitely use this company again for my heating and cooling needs and hopefully I will get Patrick as my service tech because he was great! Thanks.

Marie just serviced my hydrocooling system and she was fabulous. She put put on booties over her shoes without me having to ask. She got to work without hesitation. When I asked how things were going she explained to me the heating system that I had when I thought I had a straight furnace. I don't participate in surveys but she impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism for a young technician that I had to leave feedback. I will definitely use AirTemp again but only if Marie is the technician.

Just had service work performed this morning. It was normal service plan prep plus a replacement of the blower wheel, which had been vibrating loudly. The vibration appears to be gone and I was quite impressed by the work/professionalism of Marie (Campoli). It was her first time at our home but her professionalism made it one of the best service calls we have had. I would also like to thank Gary for fulfilling his promise to get the vibrating blower repaired. Happy customer today, 10-3-17. Now ready for winter but still hoping it isn't too cold!

When I found my water heater leaking, Gary worked to find a crew to replace it the same day. Patrick and Marie showed up when promised and worked quickly to replace the gas water heater and made sure that it was working to make Hot water. They cleaned up the area before they installed the new water heater and after themselves. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work before they left.
Leah worked to keep me informed when service people are scheduled to show up.
I am very pleased with the work that AirTemp did to replace the water heater today. I have used them before to replace my AC unit and was very pleased with the work that John did.
I would highly reccomend Air temp to anybody.

My mother in laws Central AC unit decided to stop working the day before we all went on a family cruise vacation. It was a Friday night around 6pm and in the heat of mid July. I called tons of other places and the only company that was able to help was air temp. The tech who fixed the unit was Ethan. He was great. Professional, knowledgeable and fast.

Can not thank AIRTEMP enough for the great service we received. Starting with a quick service time form Leah. John came out and found a problem that needed attention. It would be about half the price of a new system to replace a part. He suggested we call Gary, their service manager, to help us decide which way to go, repair or get a new unit. Gary came out and we ended up going for a new unit. This was the third time with the same problem. John and Marie came to install it and low and behold to our surprise and theirs, we didn't need a new unit. When they were taking our unit apart to remove it, they found that the original company that installed the unit had crossed some wires. The solution to the problem was to reconnect the wires properly. No big bill.

Excellent business, professional staff, and knowledgeable help when you need it!!! My A/C compressor unit died on a Sunday morning, right in time for the 3 day heat wave. :((( I called air-temp around 7am on a Sunday morning, and I had a technician at the door by 8am. He was there for all of 30 minutes. His name was Denny. Denny very expertly diagnosed the problem, fixed my A/C, and left before the girls were even up! I highly recommend their services.

John Malone came to my house last evening. He, in my estimation, is the most thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough, careful, and bright technician that I have had the pleasure to meet.
He diagnosed the problem quickly and stayed until he was sure that every vent was open and working. He checked the temperature numerous times to make sure that I wouldn't have any problems through the night.
I cannot say enough about John - AIRTEMP is lucky to have him.

Please accept this note of thanks and our commendations for Stephen and Jeremy. Stephen came to our home on Saturday night to repair our central air unit, which had quit in 90-degree heat. He was as polite as he was professional, despite the hour and the temperature. After the repair, he suggested we have the unit cleaned and put the service order in his paperwork for the repair.
On Wednesday, Jeremy came out to perform the cleaning service. Given his impressive presence, it came as no surprise to us to learn he's a former military person. Like Stephen, he was poised, polite, and professional. And from the moment he walked in the door and introduced himself, we knew he would be thorough.
Both of those gentlemen are assets to your company and to the Air Temp brand. Anne and I are happy to have met both of them. And our hats are off to you for hiring such solid people.

Shaun, I just wanted to tell you what a great experience it was working with Steven M. fixing my outside air conditioning unit. I must share my story with you to make you truly realize what a terrific employee you have working for you. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most pleasant. He explained it all to me before even fixing it. I cannot tell you how much it was a total pleasure and I am so glad that I had chosen to contact your company.
I lost my husband, who was my best friend, over a year ago and I and my husband lived her for the last 30 years. This was our dream home, so I am trying my best to stay here. We had [Company Name Redacted] install our air conditioning system maybe 3 or 4 years after we had moved in, in 1984. In 30 years we had replaced the outside unit twice. We always bought a larger unit to make sure it didn't have to work so hard and would last longer. We have had them serviced yearly, and replaced, for the last 30 years, so when I called [Company Name Redacted] on 7/8/16 and was told it was after hours (and I mean barely, it was a little after 5:00pm, and received a call back from the person who my husband always dealt with) and was told that they didn't come out after hours and that they don't come out on the weekend. I would have thought after 30 years of utilizing their service for replacement and yearly servicing and he knew my husband, that he would have made and exception and came out knowing I had no one else to call. My daughter has asthma and she was starting a new job on the following Monday, I knew without the air, I would not have been able to stay in the house and could never have waited till the following Monday for [Company Name Redacted] to then come out. My daughter went online and found a few air conditioning companies that do service on the weekend and I chose to call Air Temp Residential Heating & Cooling for they said coverage, 24/7. I called as soon as I got off the phone with [Company Name Redacted] and Steven M. was here within 10 minutes! I had seen that the unit was moved off the base and called my lawn service for I knew they were trimming trees that day and it was vibrating the house so I thought that is why it was making such a loud noise and was vibrating in my family room. My lawn service guy came right over and said he thought it was the fan motor, for I ran into the house and we tried to put the air conditioning on, and we got the fan to turn once, but then lowered the temperature again and the fan would not turn. That is when I called [Company Name Redacted] first and then called Air Temp. Steven came out like I said in about 10 minutes. He was so pleasant and could see how worried and upset I was, not sure what was truly wrong, and thinking the worst, that the entire unit was gone and what is was going to cost. There were no surprise fees and the price was so fair and honest. Someone else could have taken advantage of the situation, and me. I can't tell you the relief I felt once Steven told me what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. I also liked the fact that on your truck I saw the letters BBB, which I hold with the highest regard. If you want me to write something on BBB, I will be more than happy, for it was the best experience, and I had my air back on within 1/2 hour. Well I called Steven my angel that day as I expected it to cost me a small fortune and found the price was very fair. He checked and found it was the capacitor that was swollen, went to the truck and got the part and replaced it, checked my system, and even offered to change my air filter which I had just done. I thought that was just so kind if him. I normally change the filter every 30 days, and the way this unit was running day and night, wanted to be sure and keep my filters clean.
I will assure you that I will keep Air Temp's business card handy, for I will never call [Company Name Redacted] again, but WILL ONLY CALL AIR TEMP for any and all of my air conditioning and heating needs. When a replacement is needed, I will call Air Temp for all future needs.
THANKS AGAIN FOR HAVING SUCH AN HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PLEASANT PERSON SUCH AS STEVEN M.! He is a great worker and very dependable. I still can't believe he was here within 10 minutes!!!
